Booking is possible a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, up to 2 weeks in advance.

How much does the first trial lesson cost?
Each teacher sets their own lesson price; you get a -50% discount on your first lesson with the teacher of your choice.
Do I have to pre-buy a package?
No. Top up your wallet by any amount — minimum 50 PLN — and pay only for the lessons you actually take. Unused balance stays on your account with no expiry.
What happens if I cancel a lesson?
Cancellations 12 hours or more before the lesson are free — full refund to your balance. Between 6 and 12 hours we charge 50% of the lesson price. Under 6 hours the cancellation is charged in full — no refund.
Which payment methods are available?
Online payment via the CashBill gateway (BLIK, cards, fast bank transfers) and traditional bank transfer. Bank transfers are approved manually by an administrator — funds usually appear within 24 working hours.
Can I change teachers?
Yes, at any time. Every teacher has their own profile and calendar — you pick one when booking each lesson. You can study with several teachers in parallel.
Are there group lessons?
Yes — group courses for up to 10 people, ideal for conversation practice. The per-person price is lower, but the curriculum is fixed (no individual tailoring). The current course list is in the student panel.
How do I enrol in a group course?
No account? Send a request via the contact form in the Group courses tab with your details — we'll call you back and guide you through the whole process.
Have an account? Go to the Group courses tab, pick the course you're interested in and enrol in a few clicks. We pull your details from the system, so there's nothing to fill in.
After enrolling in a course, every participant takes a short placement test to make sure you join a group that's a challenge, not a frustration. If the level you chose doesn't match the test result, we automatically assign you to the right group and let you know right away. No stress and no surprises.

How do I pay for a group course?
Group courses are settled exclusively via bank transfer to the school's account. You'll receive the amount and transfer details once the course launch is confirmed.
Can I withdraw unused funds from my account?
Yes, if you have unused funds in your account, you can contact us through the contact form and we'll pay them out by bank transfer. Just remember to give us your account number.
